GoBuzzGo, LLC ("GoBuzzGo," "we," "us," or "our") is the company behind the Trusted Partner Network platform ("TPN"). TPN is a structured referral networking platform for professional services advisors. Our products include the TPN web application, the GoBuzzGo TPN Chrome extension, and future mobile and desktop applications.

This policy does not apply to third-party services you may connect to TPN (such as Google or Microsoft), which have their own privacy policies.
When you create a TPN account, we collect your name, email address, and professional information (title, company). If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from that provider.
TPN's core purpose is managing a group's shared contact network. When you add a contact, you provide their name, title, company, LinkedIn URL, and optionally their email, phone number, and website. This data is associated with your group and visible to other members of that group. You control what you add and can request deletion at any time.
You may add an Ideal Client Profile, value proposition, and customer success stories to your TPN member profile. This information is visible to other members of your group.
We store records of your group activity: meetings scheduled or attended, RSVP status, contact ratings (A/B/C), Asks you make, and Introductions you complete or fulfill. This activity data is the core of what makes TPN useful as a discipline-tracking tool.
Like most web services, we automatically collect standard log data: IP addresses, browser type and version, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this for security, debugging, and aggregate (non-personal) usage analysis.
Summary: The TPN Chrome extension reads information from LinkedIn profile pages you are actively viewing and uses it to pre-fill the "Add Contact" form. It only sends data to TPN when you explicitly click "Add Contact." It does not collect data in the background and does not access your LinkedIn inbox, feed, or connections list.

Contact data is transmitted to tpn.gobuzzgo.com only when you explicitly click "Add Contact" in the extension popup. Viewing a LinkedIn profile does not automatically send any data anywhere.

If you choose to authenticate via Google or Microsoft OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider. We use this only to create or log in to your TPN account. We do not access any other Google or Microsoft data through the sign-in flow.
We are building features that will allow you to import contacts from your Google Contacts or Microsoft Outlook address book into a TPN group. These features are not yet active. When they are released:
If GoBuzzGo releases mobile applications, they will follow the same data minimization principles described in this policy. Any device permissions requested (contacts, camera for profile photos, etc.) will be clearly explained before they are requested and will be optional unless essential to the feature.

We do not use your information to train AI or machine learning models, sell advertising, or share your data with data brokers.
We retain your account and group data for as long as your account is active and your group is operating. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business necessity (e.g., financial records once billing is active).
Log data is retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes, then deleted.
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data. These rights apply to users in the European Economic Area (GDPR), California (CCPA), and other jurisdictions with applicable privacy laws:

If you are in the EEA and believe we have not addressed your concern, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
TPN uses only functional cookies necessary to operate the service:
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is required because we use only strictly necessary cookies.
We apply industry-standard security practices: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure session management, access controls, and regular dependency updates. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
No system is perfectly secure. If you discover a security vulnerability in any GoBuzzGo product, please report it responsibly to jim@impactarchitects.com before public disclosure.
TPN is a professional platform for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the EEA). If we learn that we have collected information from a child below the applicable age threshold, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we may have such information, please contact us.
We will update this policy as our products and legal requirements evolve. When we make material changes, we will notify active users by email and update the effective date at the top of this page. For minor or clarifying changes, we will update the date without sending individual notice.
Continued use of GoBuzzGo products after a material change notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
